Ce nouvel agencement permet une optimisation de la circulation au sein de l’épicerie et un meilleur éclairage avec la luminosité naturelle.
Pendant le chantier
Pendant 2 jours et demi, des dizaines de bénévoles se sont succédés pour permettre ce changement de visage de l’épicerie. Une première journée fut nécessaire pour retirer toutes les étagères en métal. L’épicerie était entièrement vide.
Puis le deuxième jour, malgré quelques petits problèmes inhérents à ce type de chantier, les premières étagères prennent forme. Le chant des visseuses accompagne le ballet des plateaux des étagères et la nouvelle épicerie peut enfin prendre place.
La première semaine de fonctionnement fut quelque peu difficile car le réassortiment des étagères était un peu approximatif. Tout comme les client.e.s, il faut s’habituer à la nouvelle implantation et organisation.

Maintenant, les travaux sont achevés. Nous pouvons circuler dans des allées d’étagères en bois pour une ambiance plus chaleureuse. La section Vrac est regroupée en un seul et même endroit pour plus de cohérence.
